Everything you need to know
We offer tiles ranging from 30×30cm to 120×260cm large-format slabs. Our most popular wholesale formats are 60×120cm, 80×80cm, and 120×120cm. Custom sizing is available on full container orders with a minimum 8-week lead time.
Yes. We offer a Trade Sample Pack containing up to 8 tile samples from your selected collections. Samples are dispatched from Ottawa within 3–5 business days. Sample packs are complimentary for verified trade accounts. Use the Request Trade Sample button to apply.
Our outdoor and facade tiles are frost-resistant and rated for Canadian climate conditions, with a water absorption rate of less than 0.5%. All outdoor tiles carry a slip-resistance rating of R11 or higher. Always confirm frost-resistance certification with your technical specification sheet before specifying for outdoor use.
Our standard MOQ is one Full Container Load (FCL), typically 18,000–22,000 square feet depending on tile format. Less-than-container (LCL) mixed orders may be available for new accounts on a first-order basis. Contact our trade desk for your specific requirements.
Yes. Every product in our range is accompanied by a full Technical Data Sheet (TDS) covering: substrate preparation, adhesive specifications, grout joint recommendations, expansion joint placement, and cleaning protocols. All TDS documents are available for free download in your trade account portal.
Our tiles meet or exceed ISO 13006 international standards. Certifications include CE marking (European standard), ANSI A137.1 (North American standard), frost resistance, slip resistance (DIN 51130), and chemical resistance ratings. Full certification documentation is available upon request.
Factory-to-Canadian-port transit time is 22–28 days. Including production, quality inspection, and customs clearance, typical door-to-warehouse delivery is 30–40 days from order confirmation. We provide full container tracking throughout transit.
Yes. We are open to exclusive and semi-exclusive distribution partnerships with qualified tile retailers and flooring distributors in Canada. Contact our trade team to discuss territory arrangements and qualifying criteria.
Porcelain tiles require minimal maintenance. For daily cleaning, use a pH-neutral floor cleaner diluted in warm water. Avoid acidic or abrasive cleaners on polished finishes. Deep cleaning with a steam mop is safe for most formats. Full maintenance guidelines are included in every product's Technical Data Sheet.

Standard terms are 30% deposit upon order confirmation with the remaining 70% payable against shipping documents. Established accounts with a trading history may qualify for net-30 or net-60 payment terms. All transactions in US dollars (USD).
Yes. Our manufacturing facilities operate closed-loop water recycling systems, utilise 80% recycled raw materials in production, and are committed to achieving carbon neutrality by 2030. We provide environmental product declarations (EPD) for specification on LEED-certified projects.
